12-13 March: Union Council meets at Gregynog, Powys.
17 March: Meeting of representatives from the Independents, Baptists and Presbyterians to discuss the future of education and training, especially in South Wales.(Seion, Aberystwyth, 2.00pm).
18 March: Meeting of the trustees of the Pantyfedwen Foundation (Aberystwyth).
19 March: Meeting of the Welsh Independents' Training Board (Seion, Aberystwyth, 1.00pm).
24 March: Meeting of representatives from the Independents, Baptists and Presbyterians with CADW at Plas Carew, Nantgarw.
25 March: 'Training Day for North Wales (Independent) Ministers' at Cynfal Fawr near Llan Ffestiniog. 11.00am-3.00pm.
26 March: Submission date of nominations for the Presidency of the Union. Also, final submission date for the 2010 District Association questionaire.
13 April: Meeting of UWI Staffing Committee at Tŷ John Penri. 10.00am.
21 April: Meeting of the Union's Executive. 11.00am at Tŷ John Penri.
22 April: Meeting of the Interdenominational Protection Panel at Aberystwyth.
6 May: Meeting of the Executive of the Sunday School Councilo for Wales at Bow Street, Ceredigion.
7 May: Meeting of the Development Programme Panel at Seion, Aberystwyth, 11.00am - 3.30pm
12-13 May: Churches Together in Britain and Ireland Annual Meeting at Manchester.
20 May: Meeting of the three General Secretaries (Independent, Baptist and Presbyterian) at Carmarthen.
